MORE THAN A CONQUEROR: Conquering the Mountains, Conquering the Valleys

Stand up, stand up for Jesus
ye soldiers of the cross;
lift high his royal banner,
it must not suffer loss.
From vict'ry unto vict'ry
his army he shall lead
till ev'ry foe is vanquished
and Christ is Lord indeed.
For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
We are called to be a voice of victory. The life that we live is to be a voice to call unto those who have been defeated unto Him that defeats (on a day-by-day victory) all battles.
To be a conqueror does not just involve winning the battle but also to come out with spoils - 2 Chronicles 20:26
To be a conqueror means to win a war and gain new lands (possessing new grounds) - Joshua 13: 1
The victory of every Chrsitian in their Christian life lies in the thoughts of Romans 8:35
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
- Judas was separated out of his love for money
- Demas was separated out of his love for the world
- Samson was separated out of his love for foreign women
However, the three Hebrew men even in the face of the reality of danger (at several miles away from their homeland) refused to be separated.
For Paul, he recounted his own experience 2. Corinthians 11: 23 -26
Daniel on his part even at the threat of being hauled by lions refused to be separated or set back from the love of God.
The premise of our victory is in the troubles and challenges we face but our source of victory is in Christ.
