God's mandate for His people in the Year 2025 is ALL ROUND REST.

 

All round rest because life is full of challenges. Even though He has promised of an all round rest, yet this does not pre-empt that there might be chaos, violence, troubles and problems. Yet, amidst all these, He has assured of ALL ROUND REST. Hebrews 4: 9.

 

Rest is a relationship with God where one relies on Christ's work rather than on personal efforts. It is being at peace with God, free from guilt and free from the worries of sin.

 

Rest begins with a positive response to God's invitation. Matthew 11:28. A positive response to the divine call, honoring the divine invitation assures of the enjoyment of an ALL ROUND REST.

 

Rest is also a leverage on the ancient path. Relying on the ancient landmarks, the experience of the patriarchs in order to obtain rest. Jeremiah 5:16. To stand, see, ask and walk  results in finding rest for our souls.

 

God's presence is the atmosphere of rest. No one can enjoy divine rest unless God's presence is with him. Exodus 33: 14

 

Rest is a relief from suffering, turmoil and harsh labour. It is a total restoration. Isaiah 14: 3-4

 

Rest is a mark of God's faithfulness. Joshua 21: 43, 45
