Open Heavens is an encounter with God, when humanity meets divinity. It is the intervention of Heavens on Earth, the duplication of heaven on earth.

... Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.

It is a sign of God's Blessings, a reward of obedience, a sign of God's presence. Isaiah 64:1

Distinctive features of Open Heaven

1. When God open the heaven, there is an abundance of rain. Genesis 7: 1-12
2. Open Heavens leads to revival
3. It leads to angelic assistance John 1:51, Genesis 28:12
4. Open Heavens brings about supernatural abundance and supply. Psalms 78: 22 - 25
5. Open Heavens leads to open sight and open vision. Ezekiel 1: 1, Mathew 3:16

However, to make a reality an Open Heaven, then obedience is needed. Deuteronomy 28: 1-4, prayers is required as well as tithes and offering Malachi 3:10
